Boston Sport and Performance Psychology works with athletes, teams and performers across all sports and ability levels, ages 16 and up. Please note I do not work with youth under age 16.
My services help athletes reach their goals by performing better and more consistently in their sport and in their lives. Working with a sport psychologist will help you take control of your mental game and learn effective strategies to maximize your mental fitness.
Enhance Overall Well-Being
The mental skills I teach not only enhance performance in sport, but they are also important life skills that can easily be applied to school, work, and relationships, leading to enhanced overall well-being.
I offer performance enhancement training that is individualized to address each athlete and team’s unique needs. I provide mental skills training to individual athletes as well as teams, groups, and coaches, in both one-on-one and small- or large-group workshop formats.
I also offer comprehensive services and packages that integrate individual and team services, consultation to coaches, managers, and athletic departments, and working with parents, partners, and families.
